Filled Snacks
Demo / Concept
Cocoa Millet Filled Bites
A filled pocket format pairing a millet-based outer shell with a cocoa filling, developed to demonstrate a dessert-adjacent flavour direction on a millet base.
Development Notes
Concept development focused on getting an even filling distribution and a shell that stays crisp rather than turning soft against the filling.
